communications planning and messaging

Effective communications do not just happen; they are planned and professionally executed. Integra normally works with a client on an ongoing basis to plan a programme of activity throughout the year which will bring the most effective results.

The plans include clear and measurable objectives which are regularly monitored. As well as communications targeted at customers and potential customers the plans may well cover other stakeholders such as employees, investors or local communities.

For different market places, different communications channels are most appropriate. Integra has director level experience of running integrated marketing campaigns with a range of communications tools in multi-million pound businesses. We fully understand that the services we offer aren’t the be all and end all of marketing communications, there is a role for advertising, for direct mail and other above and below the line spending. We understand marketing in the round and will be ensuring that our campaigns for you fit with the rest of your marketing mix.

Part of the planning activity is to ensure that your media messages are tight, well expressed and consistent. Many new clients are surprised at the emphasis we place on getting the messages well defined before we hit the media. These things are worth spending time on. We are successful in our media work for clients because we pay attention to getting the core messages right first time.
